What can I use Treat for?

Start with Treat for new symptoms, recurring concerns, prescription renewals, sick leave needs, and questions about sleep, stress, or coping. Treat is not intended for emergencies.

Is a licensed doctor always involved?

Yes. Treat helps collect and structure the information you provide. A licensed doctor reviews the case, makes every clinical decision, and remains responsible for that decision.

How quickly will a doctor respond?

Doctors review cases every day from 08:00 to 20:00. Most users receive a doctor review in minutes during service hours. The current median time to doctor review is 2 minutes 14 seconds.

What does Treat cost?

Self paid access costs €72 per doctor consultation. Your employer or insurance plan may cover some or all of the cost.

What is included in the price?

The price includes the doctor's review and, when clinically appropriate, a prescription or renewal and a sick leave certificate. Medicines, tests, appointments, and other follow up care are not included unless covered by another plan.

What happens if I need more care?

The doctor directs you to the appropriate appointment, test, physical examination, specialist, or other service through your existing public, private, employer, or insurance coverage.

How does Treat use AI?

Treat uses AI to help collect and structure the information you provide. The AI makes no diagnoses and no treatment decisions. A licensed doctor reviews the information and makes every clinical decision.

How is my health information protected?

Your employer never sees your individual health information. Treat processes health information confidentially for providing and operating the service. Read the privacy notice
