1. Eligibility

You confirm you are a licensed physician registered with Valvira, that your registration is not restricted, and that you carry valid professional indemnity insurance.

2. Scope of practice

You will practise within Finnish medical law and Valvira professional standards. You will decline cases that require in-person examination, imaging, or specialist referral and document the reason.

3. Patient records

You maintain patient records per Finnish patient-data legislation. Treat is the platform; you are the responsible clinician for each case you accept.

4. Prescriptions and sick leave

You may issue prescriptions and short sick-leave certificates per Finnish law and Valvira guidance for remote consultations. You acknowledge the limits of remote assessment.

5. Compensation

Per-case compensation displayed in your dashboard before you accept a case. Treat invoices monthly. Independent contractor relationship; you handle your own tax and pension contributions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Either party may suspend immediately for breach of medical or platform standards. Case continuity for any open cases is your professional responsibility.
