Treat provides remote medical advice to your employees as a covered benefit. Employees self-trigger consultations; Treat invoices you per case.

2. Pricing

Per-case pricing in your contract. Volume discounts at agreed thresholds. Invoicing monthly, net 14 days.

3. Data

You see usage aggregates only — no identifiable clinical content. We provide quarterly reports of consultation volume and the broad reason categories patients self-select.

4. SLA

99.5%% platform availability target. Median first-doctor-response time under 2 hours during Finnish business hours. Credits if we miss the SLA two months in a row.

5. Termination

30 days' notice either side. Open cases run to completion at the contracted rate. No employee data retained beyond legal-retention requirements after contract end.
